The Faculty of Arts and Communication, together with the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Holguin, Cuba, in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Western University, the Department of Language Studies, University of Toronto Mississauga, The Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI), University of Ottawa, the University of Québec in Trois Rivieres, University of Sherbrooke, and St. Thomas University, Canada, as well as la  Facultad  de Idiomas of the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico; with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Cuba, Civitas Global Education Services, and TOEFL-iBT are pleased to announce its XVI International Conference on Foreign languages, Communication and Culture, Wefla 2022, and the XVI International Seminar on Canadian Studies, Secan 2022.

OBJECTIVE

Encourage international cooperation by providing the opportunity to learn from each other about new ways to guarantee quality education in times of pandemic in the field of language pedagogy, applied linguistics, education, communication and culture, as well as in Canadian Studies.

The Organizing Committee invites established academics and early-career scholars as well as students, to submit proposals for keynotes, individual papers, posters, panels, round tables, plenary sessions, as well as pre-post congress workshop.
